Thank you so much Sherry, I really needed this. Been doing your seated workouts for a long time which are amazing but am ready to do standing one's now. Few months ago I had surgery for endometrial cancer and now that I'm feeling better (gaining more energy) I'm enjoying doing more standing work. Would love more like this.
