Hello, community! I'm 31 years old, living with my parents who are in their 50s, and grandma who will soon be 80. We found Yoga Vista from YouTube and love the optimism, encouragement, and accessible workout options. We are working together to recover strength and mobility, alleviate pain, and improve our quality of life. I look forward to being here and learning from y'all.
how do I add my favorites to my library... I am still in trial subscription so maybe that is the problem, but still, I do not want to spend time searching rather get to it....

I never thought I'd be spending my 70th birthday in the converted She-shed which is now a sewing shed. Being in the creative zone is the best! And being with my long time Yoga student friend makes it even sweeter🤗
I love the new videos that have more movement like Tabata. Those are super fun, would some more new ones!😀
I'm having knee replacement tomorrow and am wondering if there are any specific classes/videos aimed at rehab following surgery? I know Sherry has talked about one of her parents having knee replacement, so maybe she's addressed this issue before. Would appreciate any help you can offer. I'm going to rehab, of course, but any yoga classes relating to recovery would be interesting to me. Thanks so much!
