Thank you. I’m taking a tai chi for arthritis class and when I asked about Qi Gong the instructor said it was basically about breathing. So you cleared it up for me.
Hi Sherry, I wanted to Thank You for one more piece of wisdom and advise. I have been doing this practice now for several years and I feel great, or should I say my brain feels great!
