I am so proud of the dedication you give to the Yoga Vista Program.  I am grateful for all of the Yoga Chair Dances.  I thank  you for all the new movements to the meaningful and fun songs.  My LA Sunland Senior Center residents tell me they love my classes and I have you all to thank.  This next year I will start doing Yoga as one of my personal goals.  Rachel Seward

Oh wonderful, thank you and you are right about the seated chair dances... I want to take the next course in the academy for wheelchair users sometime this year.  Looking forward, Rachel

Hello and happy Saturday, Rachel - age 75 here (Yikes). I have been asked to lead chair exercises for a Dance Now Group at St Andrews senior center in LA.  I heard that most of the residents are in wheelchairs.  May I access your wheelchair videos?  So excited to see what you have...we will be there on May 10th.
