Nice practice Sheri, thanks for saying focus on what you body can do not what it can't do. My cat Harriet rubbed her head on my hand in Savasna. She was hungry.

Shirts: Hi again Sheri, I am looking at the shirts and thinking of ordering a 5X as a sleep shirt and a 2X as a yoga shirt. I am wondering how the sizes run? In other words do the shirts run big or small? Hope this makes sense. TIA

Hi Sherri, I am so glad I purchased the annual membership app. This was so much better than when I did it on You Tube without the ads. The River made me emotional. My therapist found the words which made me cry.

Hi Sherry,I am so happy that I purchased this year membership. I always said I would never purchase any apps. I loved the 3 songs. This was so much better doing it here than on You Tube.
