I love this standing sequence and have used it at an assisted living facility I visit.  I wanted to commend you for your recent non price increase for Yoga Vista videos.  I will keep the subscription forever!!  Other monthly subscriptions I have let go after a time.  Thank you for caring about the senior population!( and our pocketbooks)
