Hi Louise!  I am sorry I missed this post when you made it, but am SO happy that you find my YV workouts inspiring and fun!  That is the only way we will keep moving - the combination of wanting to move, to do our best, and to find the best way to do it.  Please let me know how else I can help!  Let's keep moving together!  ❤️  Sara

Rebecca, Thank you!  I am sorry I did not see this post from you until now, but I am super glad you liked it!  It is one of my favorites!  Many blessings, Sara  😇

Beverly Leighton HaHa Beverly!  Such good stuff, and I love that we are working through the nuances of working out/dancing together virtually!  Thank you so much, and enjoy!  🤗  Sara

I understand you!  And, what you are describing makes so much sense.  Because I start the dance facing you, when I coach you to move your right foot, it has to be my left one.  So, as we travel around, we are on the opposite foot, but if we are a mirror, it will look right and you will be able to follow.  If you face the screen when my back is to it and try to match the feet, then we will be opposite (since we started facing each other).  You can work it out however you like, and let me know how it goes.  Honestly, some instructors teach with their backs to the "audience" so it is easy to follow right/left cues.  I just learned to do it facing the participants so we are able to look at each other and then you don't have to stare at my behind the whole time...!  🍑😜🤗

Rebecca, the description has been fixed!  Thanks for the catch!  😀  Sara

Thanks, Gwen!  It is lots of fun, and the cardio workout is a byproduct!  Win-Win. 😀  Sara

Thank you so much Patricia!  So glad we get to workout together, even from across a screen.  It is so healthy for both of us!  🤗  Sara

Hi Sharah!  I totally get it - I don't always want to jump around, but get jazzed by music and can get my heart pumping from the chair!  Thank you!! 🥰  Sara

Thank you, Susan!  So glad you like this series! 🥰  Let's keep moving!  Sara

Hi Susan!  I am glad you are having so much fun with the line dance!  More are coming, so you will have dances to do and learn more and dance to your hearts desire!  🤗  Great question about following with the rights and lefts.  There is no right or wrong way to follow along, and before long you will have it memorized and will simply glance at the screen to see that you are on the right move.  My suggestion is to "mirror" me when the song starts and we are facing forward/each other (move with me as if we are looking in a mirror), and then follow the turns, always keeping your feet moving to the same pattern.  When we are facing a side wall and yet moving left or right, we will be moving away from "the mirror"/each other, and that is perfect!  Keep the pattern, and we will end up facing each other and on the correct steps facing forward, and on it goes!  Let me know that this helps or not, and how it goes as you practice.  Thank you so much Susan!  🥰  Sara
