Linda farrHi Linda!  Thank you again for reaching out!  It is impressive that you continue on your health and fitness journey (and having fun golfing!) and are committed to feeling good and doing well physically.  I can give general information for the healthy movement patterns but not for specific conditions, but am sensing that you have a good idea what movements to avoid and what ones are OK for you to do.  Consider doing some of the standing workouts so you can insure keeping the pelvic/low back area extended, moving and active, which could help in the big picture.  And, keep your deep abdominals strong!  This is good for everyone, but will help stabilize your trunk and support your low back in daily activities.  I hope this helps, Linda!  Stay in touch!  ♥️♥️  Sara

Julie, It makes me happy to know that beautiful seniors are benefiting from wonderful people like you, due to Yoga Vista!  We try to roll out a new routine every 1-2 months (participants seem to like consistency for while, plus it takes time and repetition to learn the programming!), and I plan to keep them coming!  Thank you, and please let me know if you have any questions or if I can help in any way!  💓  Sara
