Beverly, it’s so good to hear from you! Yes, the weather up north has been brutal, and it may be challenging to get started on a workout on such a cold day, it’s the best thing to do and I’ll bet it felt really great to move! I was in the Midwest until about five years ago. Pros and cons to both, but definitely love the warm days down south in the winter time!

Hi Sarah! The balls are between 6-9 inches. Also, the key to only fill them up with air to a certain point, so that it’s easy to grip them. Too much air is too tight of a surface to get a grip. In fact, there are some people I work with who have arthritis in their hands that’s keeps them from holding the ball unless it’s only about half to 3/4 full. Otherwise somewhere about 80 to 90% full works well!
