I'm trying to find your class of all standing asanas at the beach - at least I think it was your class.  Has it been removed?  It was approximately 30 minutes and I loved it.

Some Irish ancestry but my ancestors arrived on the Mayflower . . .  I enjoy my Irish name however, love Celtic music,  etc.

Love the background scenery, music and the easy routines - my lazy day kind of workout(s).
