Janet thank you so much for the kind words. You have inspired me to get busy and create more.

Thank you Gwen!

Hoping to find time to create more weighted classes.  Thank you for your feedback.  Remember, as you progress, increase your weight, slowly.  Over the years I have purchased 6 & 7lb weights - because sometimes the jump from 5lbs to 8 lbs is too much.  Have a great day!

Thank you!

As we inhale and move the arms upward and overhead in the FLOW: Buddha Holds Up The Earth, we "let go" of & clear out negative energy & emotion.   So the queue “let go” refers to negative emotional energy and the queue “take in” refers to positive healing energy vs instruction on the breath.

During qi gong FLOWS we “typically“  breathe in and out through the nose-this breath pattern allows our internal energy to circulate. I put typically in quotations because as Suzuki Roshi advised: “All teachings summarized: not always so”.  On some occasions, when I’m dealing with a difficult emotion, I will do several rounds of a flow with an exhale out through the mouth-to purge & clear negative energy-before breathing only through nose-to circulate the now healed.

Thank you Nancy!!  Have a great day.  Kim

So glad you found me!  And thank you for the kind support!  Have a great evening.Kim

GM Janet. Gosh, seems like a lifetime since I created this video- I had to go back and rewatch!  There are so many great yoga teachings out there,  I am truly humbled that you, as a fellow teacher, share some of my practices in your classes. Thank you for your kind words.

Hi Susan - So happy you are enjoying this challenge.  I was just thinking, I put this together over 2 years ago.  The remember that the first time I practiced these tai chi & qi gong moves I was immediately hooked!  Have a great day!
