Hi there Jean! I'm glad to hear you're giving this challenge a try and that you're also looking at nutrition too. Take things gently with the standing movements with regard to your knee. When you need - take a seat! Calming breath work will be a boon to you. Have fun with the program! Viki
Hi Sharon. Thank you for your kind comments. Yes - the woods and the deck are peaceful and it's lovely. I'm very blessed. Enjoy your happy and comfortable shoulders!
Hi Karen!
So glad you enjoyed the fun and learning is all part of the fun! Yes, it's interesting that the Achilles connects not just to your plantar fascia but also into the fascia between your big calf muscles. Point and flex your ankle and notice that the muscles that are moving are quite high up. That's a lot of fascia before you get there and it is all connected through the Achilles to the foot. Massage this area too, along with the soft tissue around the knees and - Voila! - an instant warm up or release before or after a walk/run/yoga session. Look forward to sharing more with you! Thank you for the positive encouragement.
