I live near a small town - Aitkin, MN, pop about 2,200 - where over 10 years ago a local woman took a risk and started a yoga studio - Karmady Yoga. 

Over time, the yogis have become more family than friends. We are mostly retired women. We keep track of each other. We celebrate accomplishments - like the birthday of our oldest yogi who just turned 89! We are support in times of health and family crisis.

The studio is donation based. As long as Lara (the founder) can pay the rent and reimburse a few teachers she's happy. Everyone knows the door code and the studio is open to all whenever needed. 

Lara works a real full-time job to support her family and quite often can't be available to teach the Monday gentle yoga class. Sometimes our teachers from the rest of the week can't make it. Here is where Yoga Vista has filled a gap. I subscribe to your channel and when there is no teacher available we go to you. With my IPad and a video screen classes go on! Justine has become a favorite of the crew.

There are some of the ladies who said they would like to try chair yoga. Every Tuesday and Friday I run one of your wonderful dance videos! We even have a "sign up on the wall" to look at over our shoulder. We all have fun and laugh a lot as we get our excercise.

I just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate and enjoy the sessions provided by Yoga Vista. Keep "sailing your vessel!"
