I just did 3 of your shorter videos and each one makes me more aware that “you Sherry” have helped me get stronger!  Love it that I have more confidence as I feel more balanced.  Did the seeing Old in a new Way, the speech and brain togetherness (which will be good to share with a friend who had a stroke and then the poolside practice.  Thanks for continuing with your videos.

Thank you Karen, I had not done your class and you did an excellent job!  Thanks for sharing your practice.  I was born with foot issues so always feel a class that emphasizes the feet, is a good one for me.
