Sherry, I love, love loved this!  I have PD and have been doing your dances for a long time now.  I was a Pilates instructor and have worked with others with PD.  Since COVID, I have been facilitating an online zoom group of people with PD and we all LOVE CHAIR DANCE YOGA!  You are an amazing person and teacher!  I should mention that your "On the Ranch" series is also a favorite.  And we end many times with "We are the Champions"--so motivating!

I have Parkinson's and I also am a former Pilates instructor and trained to work with people with Parkinson's disease. So when Covid hit I started a zoom class for people with Parkinson's in my area in Oregon. And we now use your dance yoga videos every week and love them. Thank you for your continued work in keeping a huge amount of people healthy!
