I'm having knee replacement tomorrow and am wondering if there are any specific classes/videos aimed at rehab following surgery? I know Sherry has talked about one of her parents having knee replacement, so maybe she's addressed this issue before. Would appreciate any help you can offer. I'm going to rehab, of course, but any yoga classes relating to recovery would be interesting to me. Thanks so much!

I've been wondering if you had retired or just weren't conducting classes anymore, so I'm happy to hear you're doing well and enjoying life. I think I've done every one of your online chair yoga classes many times, so I'm eagerly awaiting the new ones you'll post sometime soon.
