I had bladder mesh and scar repair surgery a week ago. This series has been perfect for me right now as I can’t strain the pelvis area. I am so grateful to have found this way to loosen everything else until I can move back to chair yoga and then other challenges.

I so enjoyed this class. I recently had surgery which makes the chair part difficult, so I stood up and adapted the moves. It got my heart rate up and and my mood with it! Thank you.

I cannot sit cross legged on the floor. Is there a sitting adaptation for theses?

Great class. How often should one do these kinds of movements?

I needed more of a challenge from chair yoga. This was great. I couldn’t sit on the floor for the upper stretches so I did those on the chair . Not sure that I will ever be able to do these on the floor. I did try a pillow and then a bolster but it was a no go.
