I'm having knee replacement tomorrow and am wondering if there are any specific classes/videos aimed at rehab following surgery? I know Sherry has talked about one of her parents having knee replacement, so maybe she's addressed this issue before. Would appreciate any help you can offer. I'm going to rehab, of course, but any yoga classes relating to recovery would be interesting to me. Thanks so much!

I’m a current subscriber, but I can’t access the “Meet Uncle Fred” video in your featured videos. I keep getting a message that it’s “not available with my current subscription.” Are there different levels of subscription that I’m unaware of? Thanks for your help.
Sherry our church has been subscribing for about eight years and have a nice group that meet at church. We range in age from 60 to 97. Really have grown a lot. We really need new chair yoga videos to do, please!

Good evening, Yoga Vista, I’m a certified chair yoga instructor with YVA, but more importantly in my opinion a practitioner first and foremost. I began doing chair yoga as a way to work out safely and effectively but without the impact due to my physical limitations, which make floor yoga a no go.
I’ve always wanted to find a purpose, and chair yoga allows me to not only strengthen myself but gives me the opportunity to help others realize their full potential for years to come, regardless of age and limitations, chair yoga meets you where you’re at in your fitness journey, not all forms of fitness do that.
I do have a few classes here on YV, with more to come this fall, as my own knowledge grows I look forward to sharing chair yoga in a little bit more of a way than you might be used to. There’s something for everyone with this practice.
