My husband built a shed for all his guy stuff and before he loads it up, I decided to film some All-Dancing Chair Yoga Classes in the "She-Shed" before it permanently turns into a "He-Shed"! Each of these All-Dancing classes has a theme and contain 7-8 dances to keep you moving and motivated. And I introduce a NEW Dance in every class to keep us all learning new things!

Just wanted to post how much I enjoy joy dancing with Alexandra. It never feels like exercise when you're dancing. Thanks Alexandra for the latino dance lessons. I also enjoy your yoga classes.
Peace to Kim in her healing, so glad she risked sharing her journey and not minimizing it. In her practice I did today, visualizing the silver ball of energy, may I say I see it as an illuminated disco ball, circa about 1979, and a whole new meaning to Stayin' Alive at this point in the journey. :) As a matter of fact I had drifted back to then when she brought us back to the breath and visualization. :) Thank you!
Loved, loved, loved the Swing and Sway with Sally! Even got to see Sherry in the group! I'm enjoying the chair yoga dances so very much. They always leave me in a GREAT mood!
