Sara S. Yes!  We are still working out together!  On a side note, I am now a Chair Yoga Dance instructor.  Whee!  The Yoga Vista Academy was wonderful!  I teach at our local senior center on Tuesdays.  We're having a ball!😁

I agree!  Excellent class!  However, the sound was too low.  In addition, the voice track was not in sync with your mouth movements.
