Yay! Another wonderful video from Sara! I think we’ve got alot in common with our physical ailments. I’ve also had shoulder surgery (twice) and back issues (as you already know about). This video was so helpful for many reasons. Your encouragement to engage muscles and release which helps to warm up the body and also increase mobility. Both working one with the other. Big difference is that I’m doing your video from the northeast at 1 degree!!!

Next winter I’ve promised myself to take some extended time in the warmth down south! Much better for my bones.
