I love this standing sequence and have used it at an assisted living facility I visit.  I wanted to commend you for your recent non price increase for Yoga Vista videos.  I will keep the subscription forever!!  Other monthly subscriptions I have let go after a time.  Thank you for caring about the senior population!( and our pocketbooks)

Denyse, I loved this class. I teach older students and several complain about neuropathy and loss of sensation in the feet. I am always looking for new ideas for our chair yoga class. Thank you!

Omg, I love that Namaste Cleveland t shirt!! I may have told you before that I grew up on the west side, in Westlake. Lake Erie is so special!! Could you share where you purchased the t shirt?

Hi Sherry and crew,

I have been a fan since 2019, and have my chair yoga and gentle yoga certification from Yoga Vista. Recently, at an assisted living facility, I taught a couple, both of whom are in a wheel chair. (I have not taken the wheel chair yoga cerification!) I am searching now and watching every wheel chair yoga video on the channel in order to learn. Thank you for being a great resource when I needed one!
