Hi Sherry and crew,

I have been a fan since 2019, and have my chair yoga and gentle yoga certification from Yoga Vista. Recently, at an assisted living facility, I taught a couple, both of whom are in a wheel chair. (I have not taken the wheel chair yoga cerification!) I am searching now and watching every wheel chair yoga video on the channel in order to learn. Thank you for being a great resource when I needed one!

Alessandra, great job, I love this! I love Latin music and your moves are so graceful.
Thank you, that was very nice. I am a yoga teacher of older adults, and got some new ideas.
I own one of these bowls-they are very expensive. I love this practice of sound during savasana. Please, please, invite Bob back to teach us more about the importance of sound on our well being.
I need to get the new user name off. I am Suzanne Richard who is certified in chair and gentle yoga with your program.
I have heard the term neuroplasticity from an Ashville, NC teacher that I know, Kristine Weber. She teaches students her subtle yoga and has a "society" of followers. I have used a simple version of this, speeding up the movements, with my seniors, and they love it. You are always an inspiration. Thank you.
Hi Viki, I enjoyed your 20 minute chair work out. Gave me some ideas for my senior classes that I have not tried yet. Thank you.
I loved this. Thank you and please include more in the Yoga Vista library. I love and appreciate the sound aspect of yoga, and many of my students do, too.

Loved the wig, and I have taught this class. Love it.
Thank you for a good class. I am also a teacher, and I always get good ideas from yogavista videos.
