Great workout, this is why I love chair yoga so much, because without the benefits of the chair, I’d be extremely limited in what I could do. Sara is a fantastic teacher, I could have followed her with my eyes closed is how good her instruction was!! This is now in my rotation for sure!

Yes, my balance is very much compromised by spinal stenosis, it’s just something I have to accept and modify during my own practice. When I teach, I teach all seated classes, sometimes my students are far more flexible than me, so your balance series was something I’ll be reverting to often. Thank you again!

What a great hour I just spent right here!! I’ll be returning to this when I need a full hour. It’s so great to be the student! Excellent class Sharon!!

Great workout!!! Nice to feel areas opening up as they should and the balance moves always remind me that I’m always a beginner no matter how many years I’ve taught! The dust mop came in quite handy

Alicia Jefferson Physical limitations make chair yoga a must, what I didn’t plan on is how effective it is of a workout. The addition of the chair allows me to go deeper in the poses without fear of falling. I teach chair yoga, but I’ll always love being a student first.

Can’t agree with this more!! As a chair yoga instructor I tend to forget how fun it is to be the student again!!

So glad I found this, I love workouts that give me room for improvement and this definitely does just that, spot on cueing as well!
