In this 7-Day Challenge, you will be introduced to Yoga by practicing in a Chair. If you have never done Yoga before, this is a great place to start to get acquainted with the moves that will make you feel better, stronger and more flexible in your body.
Join Yoga Vista teacher, Sharon Cavanagh, in this All-seated Chair Yoga challenge where she gently guides you through movements that are simple and effective. By the end of just 7 days, you will feel the difference in your body, mind and spirit. And you may even want to continue with other classes to keep the good feelings coming in!

Thank you for all your beautiful classes, they inspire me a lot, also for my teaching seniors. I would be interested in teaching /helping seniors to move better from one position to the other (like supine to standing , prone to supine , sitting to standing up) , do you have videos on that subject?

Yes, we can have goals for getting in better shape, losing weight or toning up what age has slackened. But, when it comes down to Self Love and Acceptance... today is all that matters.
This is a 7-Day Chair Yoga Challenge that will get you tuning in and loving up your body and all its pieces and parts. There are 7 Chair Yoga Classes that will focus on different aspects of your physical being. And there are 5 Chair Yoga Dances to sprinkle in when you want some extra LOVE and SUGAR in your life!

In this 14-Day Challenge, you will get reacquainted with your beautiful body and how it works every day to serve you so you can do the things you love.
Join me in my Yoga Vista Studio where my Gentle Yoga Teaching career all started. These 14 classes will give you top to bottom, head to toe Body Tone and Stretch workouts that will get you feeling good in your body once again. These Gentle Yoga practices are great for people who can easily get up and down off the floor, but don't want to do pretzel-like contortions.

On 11-20-23 I had knee replacement surgery. While surgery went very well, recovery has included every challenge imaginable! I even have "post surgical drop foot!" (Basically, my right foot has feeling, but great difficulty moving!)
Yet, God has continued to bless me with Yoga Vista! At three months post-surgery, I'm beginning to increase my yoga sessions. Yay!
I tried to do chair yoga in November, but had to wait. Which makes this "now" time even more delightful! (Even though I'm still using a walker and wearing a brace on my leg).
You bless so many with your gifts, joyful personality, and great knowledge. Thank you, once again. I am, without a doubt, a "Forever Fan!"😍

This is an all-seated version of Maria's fun-filled Fitness Series. If you are ready for some good cardio without having to stand up... this 5-Day Challenge is ready for you!
Maria choreographed lots of heart-pumping and strengthening moves to her son’s music. You’ll be working out your whole body while enjoying the beat. Don’t worry if you don’t get all the moves right away… just have FUN! Drink lots of water too!
This series focuses on increasing strength and endurance as well as improving memory and coordination.
