Here I am with my 2X yoga shirt. Just did the Viking yoga dance
Sherry....I love the graying out of classes that I have done. It really has made me try other classes and given me a new challenge. We all like to be in our comfort spot but I am totally enjoying the instructors I haven't done before. Also, I used to not remember which ones I have done until I started them so this helps keep me from repeating when I didn't mean to. Great idea!


Here's beautiful Paula Montalvo, staying strong and active at 92 1/2! Yep, another birthday celebration. I have birthdays that last for weeks.🥳


Celebrating my birthday with my two beautiful Yoga friends, Heike and Joy. These ladies were the fun rabble rousers of the Yoga Vista Studio Village people when I was filming at the studio. Staying in touch with dear friends is such a treat!🥰
