Shirts: Hi again Sheri, I am looking at the shirts and thinking of ordering a 5X as a sleep shirt and a 2X as a yoga shirt. I am wondering how the sizes run? In other words do the shirts run big or small? Hope this makes sense. TIA

I wore my big 5X shirt yesterday for Thanksgiving. It was nice and big and comfy. Hubby was being silly.

Hi Sherri, I loved this meditation. For some reason I had to turn on my WiFi on my phone and download it as I was getting a message that I couldn't watch it with my subscription which was weird since I haven't had this issue with other videos and I have the annual subscription

Hi Sherri, I am so glad I purchased the annual membership app. This was so much better than when I did it on You Tube without the ads. The River made me emotional. My therapist found the words which made me cry.

Thanks for the update Sherry. Great to see the continued  passion you have for yoga.  Your collaboration with Subtle Yoga teacher Kristine Kaoverii  seems like the right next step for you.  My parents made the 90 (+ or -) bench mark also! KimW

I love it Sherry! Very energizing, the music was great. It was easy to follow because the moves were similar to your chair dances. Please keep them coming, I think your on to something.😘

I facilitate a group called The Zoomers and Shakers on Zoom 5 days a week. We are people with Parkinson's disease. The best way to slow the progression is through exercise. So we exercise! We incorporate them into our program. Your classes have been invigorating and helpful for us. Thank you so much for having them available for us to use. Debra Millegan
