This question is for Sherry Zak Morris.  I'm confused.  Some of the instructor's videos now require a payment of $99 to unlock.  Is this per month? Per year?  Why the sudden change? Please clarify.  Thank you.

Happiest of Birthdays Sara!😍  Your classes are always so much fun!! 

Your instruction is excellent, but I had difficulty hearing it over the music.  I know that a while back people asked for louder music, but just "inching" the volume down a bit might make it easier to hear your great instruction.

By the way, I always LOVE your choice of music!  Thank you, again!😀

My apologies for this very delayed response.  I'm still moving slowly these days.  My transition from walker to cane is in progress.  Yay!

Hi Sherry,🙂

On 11-20-23 I had knee replacement surgery.  While surgery went very well, recovery has included every challenge imaginable!  I even have "post surgical drop foot!" (Basically, my right foot has feeling, but great difficulty moving!)

Yet, God has continued to bless me with Yoga Vista!  At three months post-surgery, I'm beginning to increase my yoga sessions.  Yay! 

I tried to do chair yoga in November, but had to wait.  Which makes this "now" time even more delightful!  (Even though I'm still using a walker and wearing a brace on my leg).

You bless so many with your gifts, joyful personality, and great knowledge.  Thank you, once again.  I am, without a doubt, a "Forever Fan!"😍
