Hi Nicole! Wow! What an amazing testament to YOUR good work keeping your knees and legs strong. I did a similar thing and tweaked my knee. I just pulled on it (tractioning)... walked around for about 2-3 minutes really making sure my alignment was right...and then... it was fine. Alot of times when we wrench or tweak our knee, it gets out of alignment. But since you have been practicing good alignment with those Yoga videos..your knee went back to its happy place while you were sleeping!!! Keep up the great work!
