Hi Sandra, thank you for your feedback. We checked on our end and we don't have any issues. It may be an internet speed or bandwidth issue on your end. Sometimes logging off of YogaVista.TV and logging back in might help, or even powering down the computer. Last thing would be to check the internet connection to see if there are issues there.
