Hi Louise! I am sorry to hear about your hip issue, but you can be working now to keep the muscles around it strong for your surgery and rehabilitation. I created a Hip Strengthening series when I was working with my Dad on his hip replacement last year. Check out those videos as well. Don't overdo! These "strong legs" videos are pretty rigorous workouts. Keep your spirits up and your body strong and we will all make it through together. Blessings, Sherry
