Some of you have asked if I am teaching live classes and what's up?  So, here is a brief recap of what is happening with my work with Yoga Vista, the studio, the venues and what lies ahead.

I am emailing you from Wales in the United Kingdom, on behalf of the Easy Movers Fitness. & Fun group. I have completed your foundation course and along with another volunteer instructor, have been running a weekly class of chair exercises to music for seniors in my community.  They absolutely love the exercises.
