Ready to give your whole body some LOVE? Can we accept the body that we have today, at this present moment in time? Loving and nourishing our body every day will bring peace to our spirit, and love into our heart. We are our biggest critic, so this Challenge is dedicated to Self Love!

Yes, we can have goals for getting in better shape, losing weight or toning up what age has slackened. But, when it comes down to Self Love and Acceptance... today is all that matters.

This is a 7-Day Chair Yoga Challenge that will get you tuning in and loving up your body and all its pieces and parts.  There are 7 Chair Yoga Classes that will focus on different aspects of your physical being.  And there are 5 Chair Yoga Dances to sprinkle in when you want some extra LOVE and SUGAR in your life!

In this 21-Day Challenge, you will get a front row seat into the evolution of Chair Yoga Dance.. how it all began, and how it can transform the way you think of exercise! 

Over 21 days, you will be introduced to 10 different Chair Yoga Dances that will be interwoven throughout the videos.  You will master the moves through repetition and your noticeably improving memory. In every class, you will learn some interesting things about how your body ages, how it works, and what you can do to help you feel better in your body.

In this 7-Day Challenge, you will be introduced to Yoga by practicing in a Chair.  If you have never done Yoga before, this is a great place to start to get acquainted with the moves that will make you feel better, stronger and more flexible in your body.

Join Yoga Vista teacher, Sharon Cavanagh, in this All-seated Chair Yoga challenge where she gently guides you through movements that are simple and effective.  By the end of just 7 days, you will feel the difference in your body, mind and spirit. And you may even want to continue with other classes to keep the good feelings coming in!

In this 14-Day Challenge, you will get reacquainted with your beautiful body and how it works every day to serve you so you can do the things you love. 

Join me in my Yoga Vista Studio where my Gentle Yoga Teaching career all started.  These 14 classes will give you top to bottom, head to toe Body Tone and Stretch workouts that will get you feeling good in your body once again.  These Gentle Yoga practices are great for people who can easily get up and down off the floor, but don't want to do pretzel-like contortions.
