Yeah, Kristin! We are always better when we "show up for ourselves", overcome the inertia with a decision to simply "start", and are always rewarded with the joy of feeling better inside and out! I tell my students to spend more time realizing how great they feel during and after a session on the mat, and less time worrying about whether or not they are going to show up!
