Sue I love false alarms!  No action needed!  Enjoy!

Sue Hi Sue!  I checked the access for those 4 and they have the same access as all the other Temple videos.  Can you tell me what subscription plan you have.  I want to make sure that is not the issue.  And I am SOOO glad you enjoy this series.  Are you tempted to do a cadaver dissection now?  Thanks for your patience as I figure this out!  Love, Sherry

Hi Colleen!  Thanks for sharing your current situation.  I will start by saying that the body always has the ability to heal... we just have to give it the right environment.  Don't think about climbing a mountain to get to your goals.  Just move a bit more every single day and you will start to see progress.  Your heart will get stronger, your organs will work more efficiently, your muscles and bones will get stressed (in a good way) and that will make you feel more powerful.  We have so many videos to choose from that can be your "guide" to help you get control of your health.  I would start with Track 1... one video every day... and I guarantee you will see progress.  Trust yourself!  I am cheering you on!

Love,

Sherry

Thanks Audrey!  The Teacup sequence is a great and fun one to do every day to keep the shoulders in the right place!  And yes, the bowls are so beautiful and serene.  Glad you enjoyed it!  Love, Sherry
