Hi Barbara! The next level up from the Strong Bones series is the Hometown series, all standing. Remember all standing and balancing classes are good for your bones because they stress your bones in beneficial ways. So even if the video title does not say Osteoporosis or Bones... standing practices surely are the best for bone strength. Enjoy!

Yes, sweet Norma. She was a bright light in our classroom. Spunky, outspoken and a fiercely independent and competent woman! I miss her every day!
