Hi Kimberly! Hip bursitis is inflammation in the hip bursa and some movements can irritate it depending where the irritation is. Good moves are seated pigeon, lateral leg movements and stretching the inner thighs. This class includes some of those movements. I hope that helps. Love, Sherry

Hi Edy! Thanks for the nice compliments! I love that pool setting, but it is a 2 hour drive away and not readily accessible for me to film very often. But, I surely will when I visit the desert again. (I live by the ocean!)
And yes, Yoga is so good at calming our nervous system which is runs high in conditions like ADD and PTSD. Breathing, moving, stretching.. such simple things that have a very powerful impact on our well-being. Glad you are enjoying the outdoor vibe of my videos!
