I highly recommend Yoga Nidra which is a guided meditation that helps to quiet the busy mind, relax the body and calm the nervous system. My favorites are from Dr. Melissa West. You can find her on YouTube and she also has a few videos on YogaVista.TV.

Hi Maria! I have been to Adelaide and it is so beautiful there! So nice to hear that you are enjoying my Yoga classes. I was never a Kindergarten teacher, thank goodness! I prefer teaching to those who are older and wiser:)
