Hi! The last 10 minutes is for stillness and rest. This is called svasana. You can lay down or sit in your chair and listen to the soft music. I come back with a close after the 10 minutes. You can skip it, but it surely is an important part of the process. Movement and then stillness helps to balance the nervous system! Love, Sherry
