Yes Sherri, that's why I hope for more standing classes, but I also would like to find a local class just like his for seniors.  I don't find classes with the sequences you show in the videos in my area.

the hip internal rotation exercise showed me where my issues are. WOW,   Can you get a hip muscle cramp?  I'll be doing that exercise regularly.
