Sara, I strained an intercostal muscle last week, and it has inhibited both my ability and my inclination to work out. My heating pad kept calling to me. I decided today that I needed to get moving again, 8n spite of myself, and--TA-DA!!--there was this wonderful, gentle exercise. I didn't realize how badly I needed it until I did it. It loosened me up nicely. I'll see you again tomorrow. I'm sore, but I'll get better. Thank you!

Sara, I do this practice at least a couple of times a week, along with other exercise, and I now see my osteopath every three months. The shoulder is still "sticky", but i feel fine and the only aches I have are the usual lower back stuff. My hips are well aligned and I simply need to do more core work. Your other videos are good for that, so I'm set.
