Sara, I'm fortunate that my "sticky" shoulder doesnt affect ra ge of motion 9r cause discomfort in my shoulder at all. That's one reason I love this practice; it reallt feels GOOD! I have to try to be more conscientious about doing my shoulder excercises seneral times daily to release the ribs that get bound by my scapula. I just need to do the work! Thanks for your kind reply. If you answer every message, I'm sure it adds hours to your work day. There's no need for you to answer this!! 😄

Thank you, Pat. I enjoyed this practice and I really felt it. I'll do it again.

Sara, I just discovered this practice, and I love it! I'm getting osteopathic manipulation therapy for my back and one shoulder. The shoulder blade on my left side is inclined to become "sticky", and my osteopath has been releasing it once a month. I have been doing shoulder rolls and making an effort to move my shoulder blades toward and away from my spine, and it made a big difference this month. This practice checks all the boxes to keep that shoulder moving properly, and I'll do it often. Thank you, Sara.

Sara, I've been exercising with you for a while now, and I love your chair cardio classes. I couldn't keep up when I began, but I'm coming along really well and am excited to find new classes. This is the first time I've done this class, and I like it a lot! The Tabata routine was particularly enjoyable, though I loved the entire practice. Thank you for your creativity and dedication.

Sherry, I am deeply indebted to you for Yoga Vista. I found you online during the COVID pandemic, when my in-person chair yoga class was canceled. At that point, I had had both knees replaced, and my right hip was giving me grief. Your chair dancing classes helped keep me moving, along with my exercise bicycle. I had the hip replaced in 2023, , and concurrent knee and back pain disappeared, too. I continued with chair exercise, and recently, I discovered Sara Sinclair’s cardio workouts. I love them! I alternate them with your chair classes as well as with strength training with Sara, you, and some other instructors, and I’m feeling a real difference.Thank you for encouraging movement and effort at any age (I’m 75 now) and providing excellent “entry level” fitness opportunities.

Sara, this is my favorite (right now) of your videos. I barely made it through the first time I tried it, but now, I’m able to keep up and I feel great when I’m done. I still can’t lift my feet completely off the floor for the core work, unless I extend my legs, but the time will come if I just keep working. Thank you! You’re making a huge difference in my fitness.

I thoroughly enjoy you chair cardio workouts, Sara. I have artificial knees, an artificial hip, and lousy balance because of a head injury many years ago. Your workouts make me work and sweat, and I can feel that I’m getting stronger thanks to them. Please, keep up the great work!
