Sara, I'm fortunate that my "sticky" shoulder doesnt affect ra ge of motion 9r cause discomfort in my shoulder at all. That's one reason I love this practice; it reallt feels GOOD! I have to try to be more conscientious about doing my shoulder excercises seneral times daily to release the ribs that get bound by my scapula. I just need to do the work! Thanks for your kind reply. Sara, I strained an intercostal muscle last week, and it has inhibited both my ability and my inclination to work out. My heating pad kept calling to me. I decided today that I needed to get moving again, 8n spite of myself, and--TA-DA!!--there was this wonderful, gentle exercise. I didn't realize how badly I needed it until I did it. It loosened me up nicely. I'll see you again tomorrow. I'm sore, but I'll get better. Thank you!
