This is a note of gratitude to Sherry and all the YV instructors. In my seventies I've discovered many health challenges that limit mobility. Just wanted to post how much I enjoy joy dancing with Alexandra. It never feels like exercise when you're dancing. Thanks Alexandra for the latino dance lessons. I also enjoy your yoga classes.
