Yoga classes and chair dancing enabled Ken and me to parasail high over the Gulf and Orange Beach last week! That was the last
thing on my bucket list. love 252 Gay

I do these videos every day. It has made my health and life so much better. Thank you! I am 72 and still do everything I always have. So thankful and blessed. ❤️
I have been doing the chair yoga dances 5 times a week since May. My balance is better, I have lost weight, my depression and anxiety is better too. My doctors and friends have noticed a big difference. I tell anyone who will listen about the chair yoga dances. My roommate has MS and uses a wheelchair to get around. I have tried to convince her to do it for months. A couple of weeks ago she saw me doing it and realized the moves were easy to do. The next day she joined me and we both had fun.

Hello from South Florida!
To all the golfers and sports enthusiasts out there...
One day, my husband happened to do a Chair Yoga class with Maria before playing golf. He noticed that he played better that day, so now Chair Yoga is part of his pre-golf routine.
Thanks Yoga Vista!

We started doing standing outdoor yoga at our magical Trout Lake Nature Center when Covid shut down the indoor chair class - and it continues today. The PAWS pet therapy ladies come with their dogs - and are well behaved so allowed inside when we can have a class indoors to beat the heat and there are not other children’s programs happening. We did finally continue the chair class and people love the feel of nature around them. I love all the wonderful ideas I learn about on Yoga Vista.

Hi all - I just tried the Seated Fitness Workout for Strength with Jerry. Great class!

After viewing your Pelvic Floor Health Series, we launched a similar series at the retirement community where I work. The response was overwhelming, and we had to use the chapel for our classes. Over 60 residents (ages 70-97!) are attending each session and they are loving it! We began with a lecture from a local pelvic floor health specialist, added a second lecture discussing anatomy, and now we're leading "Happy Hammock" Chair Yoga classes each week, with dances of course!
