Hi Jeanmarie!  Kudos to your family for making it work!  Every family dynamic is different, but the one thing we all have in common is the love and respect for our elders. Thanks for your kind words Gretchen!  Way back when I was first taking Yoga classes at a local studio, I had a teacher that "explained the whys" of Yoga and I loved it.  I told myself that if I ever became a Yoga teacher, I would take that same approach.  Because I think we all want to learn about and understand how our bodies work and how we can help ourselves feel better through Yoga.  It is self-empowerment at its best.  So, thank you for noticing and appreciating my teaching style.
