You're welcome Cheryl! As a teacher myself I was very impressed with the concept of ankles farther back from the knees to give them more mobility for standing. In our trainings we were always taught ankles under knees not behind. So i love Brian's anatomy lesson for the reasoning!

Hi Barbara! I am so glad you attempted those standing Sun Sals. I know they are more challenging Standing, especially with those lunges. Remember you can always do them seated!
