Hi Linda! In my All Dancing classes, I purposefully pace the class with breaks and dance tutorials to ensure I keep everyone safe. For people with chronic conditions or physical limitations, taking breaks is a very important part of the class experience. To go from one dance to another is not good for the heart and lungs as this is not a classic gym cardio class. It is a Yoga therapeutic approach to movement which incorporates the Yin (calm, slow, restful) with the Yang (active, stimulating, vibrant). My dances and All-Dancing classes are structured in this manner to keep everyone safe... and of course, having fun! Thanks for your great feedback. I hope you understand my methodology.
