Hi Kathleen! Yin can be a bit challenging if your body tends to be on the tight side, so just pace yourself as it is a slow process. The most important part as you discerned is the breathing. When you exhale, your body relaxes and muscles release tension and stress. Keep at it and you will start to see the difference slowly but surely. Love and Blessings, Sherry
Hi Ariana! I am so glad you enjoyed this practice. Remember that ALLL standing Yoga postures are good for Bone health. The title does not have to say "Osteo" or "bone" to be applicable. My Strong and Sturdy series would be a great one to try... they are short and all standing!!! https://watch.yogavista.tv/programs/sherry-zak-morris-strong-and-sturdy-yoga-series Keep up the Great Work! Love, Sherry
I am emailing you from Wales in the United Kingdom, on behalf of the Easy Movers Fitness. & Fun group. I have completed your foundation course and along with another volunteer instructor, have been running a weekly class of chair exercises to music for seniors in my community. They absolutely love the exercises.
Hi Virginia! So nice to hear from you. John does great workouts and this class is part of a 3-class series. You will see the others coming soon. And yes... those arm circles really got to me as well. Keep doing them:) Much love to you! Sherry
