Hi Maria!  So nice to hear from you.  Thanks for the feedback on the all standing dance class.  I know this format is challenging thus why I wanted to solicit some feedback.  There will ALWAYS be Chair Yoga Dances!!!  Maybe with a sprinkle of standing ones.

Hi Pam!  Good for you to be doing all of those memory exercises!!!  What I learned is that variation is also important, and moving while memorizing adds even more benefit because the brain and body are both involved.  Keep doing what you are doing!  Many blessings to you!  Sherry

Thanks for the great feedback Penny! I agree with you that this standing dance format is more challenging all around. This type of class is part of my personal workout and I don't the teach it in a group setting.

I know there are teachers out there who, like me, have a more challenging personal practice than what they teach. That is one reason I wanted feedback on this specific format. It's quite a bit beyond Chair Yoga. Many blessings to you and those you serve! Sherry
