Hi Kimberly! Thanks for asking such a good question. Does your sister know what her low back issue is? If she has disc damage that compresses the nerves, that can cause the burning sensation in her feet. I would suggest she start with the gentle mat classes where most of the time is spent on the floor rather than seated which could possibly aggravate her issue. Gail Dutto So you listened to the story of Lilly.  That firsthand experience made me realize that our internal body organs needs moving every day as well.  Movement keeps everything flowing and working well. So glad Yoga is helping you. 🥰
