Hi Val!  Personally, I do many of Erhard's movements almost every day.  Even if you choose 1 or 2 different ones which would only take 5-10 minutes.  It is a great investment over the long run! 

Hi Cindy!  Wow!  Thanks for sharing your experience with this Chair Yoga and Dance challenge!  I am SOOO excited that you are feeling the benefits already!  And I hope you are having a fun time in the process!  I will be sharing the second part of this Dance Challenge in March, so you will have another 21 days of Chair Yoga and Dance with our lovely elders in my Yoga Vista Studio!! 

There is a 7-day Body Love Chair Yoga challenge scheduled for February that includes some dances as well.  I'm glad you  are liking the challenge format!  Enjoy your day and keep smiling and dancing!
