Hi Vicki!  I agree!  And I think it is so awesome that we teachers can figure out how to adapt Yoga poses to any format... lying down, sitting and standing!  That is what keeps us learning!!!  Love, Sherry

Hi Paula! Ads on YouTube are a fact of life.. that's how they make their money. I pay for my own music licenses here on YogaVista.TV to eliminate those ads for my subscribers. So you see we both invest so that the viewing experience is best for all. And yes... the River song has very powerful lyrics 💖

Celebrating my birthday with my two beautiful Yoga friends, Heike and Joy. These ladies were the fun rabble rousers of the Yoga Vista Studio Village people when I was filming at the studio. Staying in touch with dear friends is such a treat!🥰
