I agree that self care is so critical because we need to replenish our energy tanks on an ongoing basis to be able to support our loved ones! Every evening when my mom went to bed I made sure to do my daily Yoga and meditation. It calmed my mind and helped me sleep so I was ready the next day. I commend you for taking the opportunity to help your mom full-time. You both are blessed. I'm sorry about the loss of your Dad. But glad to know you spent quality time together.
