Hello Sherry and YV Instructors!
Once again, I find myself grateful for YV, particularly the Chair Yoga Dance classes. I just had my first cataract surgery four days ago. Two days after surgery I was enjoying chair yoga.😀
Although I cannot bend at the waist for two weeks, I've been able to adapt the movements beautifully! Between my recumbent bike and YV, I'm continuing to move. Thank you to you all!

This is a note of gratitude to Sherry and all the YV instructors. In my seventies I've discovered many health challenges that limit mobility. Chair yoga, particularly chair yoga dance, has been a huge blessing for two years. Thank you! You are providing a great service, wrapped in inspiration, for many of us!🙂🙂🙂Thank You!💖
