Thank you for your update. I certainly understand your desire to be with your parents as much as possible. I'm 81 and really appreciate the help our sons give us. One just flew out from Kansas City to help for a week, and the other lives nearby in Summerville, SC, and visits nearly every week.
I LOVE! your classes, and can hardly wait to get to the next one. I really look forward to taking your classes--where ever you film them. Thank you for making my days happy and energy-filled.

Hello Sherry and YV Instructors!
Once again, I find myself grateful for YV, particularly the Chair Yoga Dance classes. I just had my first cataract surgery four days ago. Two days after surgery I was enjoying chair yoga.😀
Although I cannot bend at the waist for two weeks, I've been able to adapt the movements beautifully! Between my recumbent bike and YV, I'm continuing to move. Thank you to you all!
